PCI’s Grading Failure Reactions
Written by Evan SchumanMay 7th, 2009
Every now and then, a piece we’ll run here at StorefrontBacktalk ignites a bit more of a furor than typical. Such was the case with a Dave Taylor column we ran last week called PCI’s Grading System Is Failing.
The reader comments were so strong and, in some cases, contradictory, that they make an almost more compelling case than did the original column. We’re mentioning it because our readers tend to rarely go back to a week-old story and look for comments. In this case, though, If you’re interested in PCI strategy debates, you might want to check out some of the comments.

Our Comment SPAM system is getting very aggressive these days and has been blocking legitimate comments. If you post a comment and don't see it appear within 2 hours or so, can you please send a heads-up to customer-service@storefrontbacktalk? Ideally, please include the time you posted the comment. That will allow us to try and hunt for it. Thanks! P.S. We're working on fixing the system, but we don't want to lose any valuable comments in the meantime.

Is there really an improvement between a mag swipe and contactless tap if multi-factor authentication is required?
